Kathrine Lee

Kathrine is a highly sought after life and business strategist. She is the Founder & Co-Creator of The Ultimate Source, a faith-based personal development system that teaches practical application of essential life skills. It was designed so that anyone can experience the abundant life God designed them to live. The Ultimate Source creates a deeper personal connection to God & His Word; therefore, producing more complete satisfaction and fulfillment in life.

Kathrine is an internationally recognized speaker and has touched millions with her message of hope and transformation. She has worked with companies such as Boeing, Disney & DIRECTV and currently serves on the Advisory Board for The Daniel Plan at Saddleback Church. You may recognize Kathrine from one of her appearances on the Oprah Winfrey Show or by reading her story in O Magazine.

Michael Lee

Co-Founder & Board member

Michael has been involved in corporate training & management since 1992. He worked for 10 years as a National Sales Manager in the banking industry, hiring and training a very successful team. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Decision Health Services, Inc. As Director of Business Relations for The Pure Hope Foundation, Michael oversees the relationships with the companies and causes the PHF support. 

He is also the “man behind the scenes” for every event, at Selah Ranch and around the world. Michael says his most important “role” in PHF is his partnership with his wife, Co-Founder, Kathrine Lee. Michael enjoys being a dad to their three great kids and is always up for a good round of golf.

Ryan Morris

Executive Director & board member

Ryan was a business leader in the healthcare industry for 15 years.  He received his degree from Abilene Christian University, and has served in various roles in leadership development, sales training and directing business development/marketing teams.  His experience includes service as chair for vision casting and strategic planning boards as well as well as development of mentoring programs within corporate and ministry settings.  Ryan has served as founding member and Treasurer of the elder board for a growing church in Georgetown, TX.  He has coached youth sports from a Christian perspective for over a decade, and has served with his wife, Holly as a leader in Christian ministry in the areas of youth mentoring, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, young professionals and young families.  Ryan’s passions include quality time with family, discipleship training, Christian leadership for young athletes, praise and worship, and sports of all kinds.  He and Holly have two sons, Boston and Boone, who bring them such joy and purpose in the Kingdom.

Dr. Hans & Donna Finzel

Hans Finzel is a successful author, teacher, mentor and leader among leaders. Hans and his wife Donna spent the first ten years of their marriage based in Vienna, Austria, training leaders in Eastern Europe. Subsequent to that role, Hans moved on to create a great legacy in ministry leadership as he served for twenty years as President and CEO of international non-profit WorldVenture, based in Littleton, Colorado. He and his wife Donna recently founded a new organization, HDLeaders, devoted to training leaders around the globe.

Hans has a passion to help leaders in every situation take their leadership skills to the next level.  That is pursued through podcasts, writing, teaching, speaking, consulting and mentoring leaders.  He is the host of the new weekly leadership podcast, “The Leadership Answerman.” Dr. Finzel is the author of seven books, including his bestseller The Top Ten Mistakes Leaders Make and his newest release The Top Ten Leadership Commandments. His books have been translated into over twenty foreign language editions. Hans is a graduate of Columbia International University (BA), Dallas Seminary (ThM) and Fuller School of Intercultural Studies (DMiss). The Finzels have four grown children and five grandchildren. They reside in Colorado.

Donna studied at Columbia International University (Columbia, SC) where she and Hans met. She has a deep passion for teaching the Word of God, and for prayer & revival. Her father, Mark Bubeck, the renowned author of many books on prayer, spiritual warfare, and revival, (The Adversary, The Adversary at Home,and Fire From Heaven) instilled in Donna a deep commitment to Biblical prayer.

Donna has extensive experience in business leadership. Her mission for her personal wellness business, is to inspire healthy living around the world. Donna and Hans co-authored, The Top Ten Ways to Love Your Wife. Donna loves being a mother and grandmother.

The Finzels make their home in Colorado and have four grown children, two daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, and five amazing grandchildren.

Dr. Kathy Crockett, PhD

Kathy Crockett, PhD, is a Professor at Lubbock Christian University where she has served since 1997. Her teaching areas include marketing, management, and leadership. She directs the Master of Science in Leadership degree program.

She graduated from Texas A&M University and then completed graduate work at Texas Tech University. She has completed formal training from the Center of Creative Leadership related to Women in Leadership and Executive Coaching. She also completed a year long leadership coaching program with Dr. John Townsend. She has been a facilitator for the Franklin Covey seminar entitled Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results. Her first book, Courageous Women of Faith, was published in 2014.

Kathy develops customized leadership trainings and seminars for students, non-profit
organizations, and corporate groups globally. She also is involved as a speaker at churches including women’s retreats, ladies bible classes, and servant renewal seminars. Kathy works as an entrepreneur in corporate leadership training, executive coaching, and wellness programs. One of her favorite programs is called Women in Leadership. She has served on various boards and is currently on the board for the Pure Hope Foundation.

Kathy has been married to the love of her life, Steve, for 19 years. They have two daughters, Calley 16 and Maddy 15 who bring so much joy to their lives. They are members of Sunset Church in Lubbock, TX and are involved in missions and youth ministries. For fun, Kathy enjoys running, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and reading.

Ryan & Holly Morris



Holly is a ministry and business leader in the health/wellness arena.  She was the co-founder of Everfit, a Christian-based fitness business.  Holly completed her undergraduate and graduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Abilene Christian University, where she also served as adjunct faculty in the same department.  Holly is a National Marketing Director for a large wellness/nutrition company.  She has served as a plant team and community group leader for a Bible church in Georgetown, TX.  Holly and Ryan have served in youth and family ministry roles for a number of years.  She has served as Bible study leader for a collegiate Fellowship of Christian Athletes group, and in children’s ministry in various settings.  Holly has a passion for teaching her boys, exercise and fitness, and Christian discipleship for youth and young adults.

Mike Quayle


Mike grew up in Indiana. He attended Culver Military Academy and Hillsdale College. He spent most of his professional career as a newspaper publisher in Arizona and Indiana. Prior to that he spent many years as a firefighter and paramedic in the metropolitan area of Phoenix, Arizona. Today he enjoys operating a Juice Plus+ business with his wife and being a grandfather. Mike is a philanthropist and has served on many boards of charitable organizations. Before joining the Pure Hope Foundation Advisory Board, he spent many years serving the Betty Ford Foundation Board of Trustees. He has three grown children and two granddaughters. Mike is an avid pilot and enjoys traveling in their plane and spending time with his family. The Quayle’s live in Cleveland and are members of the Westmore Church of God.

Curt Beavers

Curt Beavers is an international business leader with business in all 50 states and over 25 countries. His personal brand and company, “Make a Life” teaches individuals and families around the globe how to live inspired lives.  He has degrees from GA TECH, Emory University,

and Logos Bible College.  Curt serves on many ministry boards, is an elder at his church, and is a published author.  In 2013, he co-authored a book “I Call Shotgun” with Tommy Newberry about

fathers pouring into their children.  His newest book, Make A Life conveys the principle of how true “joy” in life can only be achieved from discovering and pursuing your God designed calling. Most people find that making a living keeps them from pursuing this to the fullest, and it doesn’t have to!  He loves owning his own business and the time and financial freedom that affords.  Curt has a passion for technology, productivity and being efficient, and connects with thousands daily via his blog, social media and other media platforms.
